During my years as a plaintiff's attorney, I gained significant first-hand experience with all phases of litigation, including pleading, complex discovery, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and appearances in both Illinois State and Federal Court. While working for the defense, I defended businesses and individual insureds and further developed my legal skills by learning how to defend a lawsuit and how insurance issues factor in to the client's resolution as well. I can cover court calls, attend depositions or arbitrations, answer discovery, or any other part of litigation that helps streamline the case. I also am looking to find an established solo practitioner who has a high-volume of cases but doesn't have the time to spend litigating the muni cases and would rather focus on the larger ones. We can arrange a referral contract so you could refer any or all of your smaller cases to me, I will settle or litigate them as quickly as possible and then we can fee share.
