As a massage therapist you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while providing high quality body massage treatment including salt glows, herbal wraps, hydrotherapy and other services, accurately and thoroughly, in accordance with established procedures. Improves and updates skills through training programs. Cultivate new guest relationships and ensure retention of existing guests. Displays the highest level of guest service in strict accordance to service standards. Continually meets and/or exceeds service and retail sales objectives. JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Appropriate training, experience and certification (established for specific levels of the position) * Valid and current state license, as required. * Possess a thorough knowledge of all body treatments and related application procedures. * Excellent interpersonal, communication (English speaking) and customer service skills. * Strong organizational skills. * Flexible, reliable, and available to work various schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty at a satisfactory level.
