The apts. are furnished differently but all have a bed, desk , tv and equipped kitchen. The closet is good size and the apt. has built in drawers.Towels and bedding are also provided. It comes with cable and wireless, everything is included except elec. which is minimal. I am the owner of the apt, an own 6 units in the bldg. and do short term leasing. I am flexible with lease terms and the security deposit depends on the length of the lease. No other fees are involved.
